Maintaining air conditioners/heat pumps is a critical element to proper system performance. Proper maintenance on a system requires:
- regular cleaning
- lubrication of moving parts
- tightening of fasteners
- calibration of thermostats
- measuring and adjusting refrigerant charge
- adjusting blower components
- replacement of worn out parts
When done proper maintenance takes time and a skilled hand. Many heating and air conditioning contractors offer their clients a $49 - $89 maintenance service which checks the system but does not actually provide the maintenance required for proper performance. These service offerings are designed to encourage the sale of additional al a carte maintenance services.

All maintenance services are priced per unit. Additional units for the Advanced A/C Tune Up are $129.99 and $79.99 for the Basic A/C Inspection.
REEIS also offers a Whole House Maintenance Service which includes: the $159.99 Advanced A/C Tune Up, dryer vent cleaning, dryer trap cleaning, decalsifying treatment for the washing machine and dishwasher and a water heater flush.
