Arizona's New Energy Efficiency Program
The Inflation Reduction Act signed into law in August of 2023 provided $153,000,000 in Arizona Energy Efficiency Rebates for homeowners who qualify. There are two programs homeowners can take advantage of. REEIS manages the entire process on your behalf.
- HEAR program offers up to $14,000 in heat pump, insulation, duct work, water heaters and other appliance improvements. This program is income contingent and available today. The income threshold is 150% of the average median income.
- HOMES program offers up to $8,000 in energy efficiency rebates through efficiency modeling and energy savings estimates. This program is not income contingent. It is currently not available but it is anticipated in the early 2026. Reeis is accepting interest applications.
